On this week’s Wednesday Wellness Tip, Brad King suggests avoiding bananas and stocking up on vitamin B1 during the summer months, AND try this homemade mosquito repellant that’s safe for the kids:
Mix a few drops of each these essential oils in a spray bottle with a few ounces of water
- Citronella
- Eucalyptus
- Citrus (orange, lemon or lime)
- Geranium
- Cedar wood
