With  50,000 people packed into BC Place and a giant spider stage, how could it NOT be a great show?  Our Getaway winner Taelor Barwis said she liked the Black Eyed Peas more than U2.  We told her that one day she’ll tell the kids “I remember old school bands from back in the day like the Black Eyed Peas… I saw them LIVE!”

MOST COMMONLY STOLEN HOTEL ITEM?

October 28, 2009 · Leave a Comment

We’re staying at the Listel Hotel in Vancouver for Robin & Brian’s Getaway – what’s the #1 thing Robin is most likely to steal from the room?  GUESSES: Towels?  Blow dryer?  Remote Control?  Bible?  ANSWER: Face cloth.  Because you most definitely want to rub something on your face that has previously been rubbed on hundreds of other people’s faces.

“SEXTING” – HOT OR COMPLETELY LAME?

October 27, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Sexting is sexy texting.  It doesn’t mean you have to send people pictures of your junk – you might just want to say something romantic about the other person, or give them a hint as to what you have in mind for later that night.  Is it hot, or a lame way of getting in the mood?  The Kool Morning poll results are in, and it’s HOT.  Robin has experience with this, Brian is unfortunately the slowest texter ever.  Does that qualify as foreplay?
