SADDLE UP
4 oz white wine (siegerrebe) + orange juice + 1 Tsp fresh ginger + Top up with ginger ale
RED WINE CEASAR
4 oz red wine (marachel foch) + Clamato + 1tsp horseradish + fresh dill + tabasco & worchestershire + salt & pepper to taste
